No Bake Nut Bars

A super easy recipe for no bake homemade nut bars. These healthy nut bars are delicious, take no time to make, and can be stored for up to two weeks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds Powered
  • 2/4 cup Almonds Chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey

Instructions

  • Blend 1 cup almonds until they are powered
  • Chop 2/4 cup almonds in blender
  • Chop 1 cup pecans in blender
  • Blend 1 cup unsweetened coconut until it becomes a powder
  • Mix all dry ingredients in bowl
  • Melt 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond butter, and 1/3 cup honey until blended
  • Mix wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
  • Form bar mix on a wax covered pan
  • Cover with wax paper and press down
  • Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Remove from freezer and cut into squares
  • Package separately or separate in container with wax paper
  • Refrigerate up to two weeks
