Mix all ingredients except the Wilton candy melts and white morsels in a large pan or bowl. Make sure to not pour the crumbs from the cereal and pretzels into bowl.
Melt the white morsels in a double boiler.
Pour melted white morsels over the ingredients in the large bowl.
Mix well to evenly cover the mixture with the white morsels.
Cover flat surface with wax paper making sure that no area of the flat surface is left uncovered.
Pour out your Texas trash mix onto wax paper.
Melt the Wilton candy melts.
Using a butter knife splatter the candy melts over the Texas trash.
Let Texas trash completely dry before bagging up.
