Lately, I have been obsessed with crocheting little amigurumi projects. I’ve made all sorts of things from Mario’s life mushroom to little dinosaurs (just to name a few). The reason I love making little amigurumi projects so much is that they are fast, don’t use very much yarn (great yarn stash buster), and they are so stinking cute! And, as an added bonus you can easily add a keyring to them and wear your cute creation on any purse or backpack!
As I was crocheting my many little amigurumi projects, I thought how cute would a crochet amigurumi elephant be? I looked online but couldn’t find a pattern that tickled my fancy so I went to work designing an elephant pattern myself. So, what I came up with is this super cute crochet amigurumi elephant that can be worked up SUPER quick with very little yarn (total score!). He’s so fun to make and give to the elephant lover in your life. Or……just keep him for yourself!
